Found only in Hawaii, the Ohia-Lehua Blossom is the source of our
organic Lehua honey.
According to legend, the gods transformed Lehua into a blossom in
order to reunite her with her lover, Ohia, who was turned into a
tree after spurning the goddess Pele’s advances. Picking the
blossom is supposed to cause rain, representing Lehua’s tears as a
result of being separated from her lover.
Very rare, this honey is prized for its light, delicate flavor, and
creamy texture.
