Hawaiian Green Tea is a local style green tea. It is
light flavor with very little bitterness. Lightly
roasted.
Our Kamaaina Green
Tea is harvested from young leaves at our peak harvesting time to
bring out good balanced flavor. Our unique pan-fire
processing retains greenness in this very green tea and add
pan-fire aroma. Brew hot to bring out refreshing aroma of
Kama'aina green tea.
Mauna Kea Tea is located on the rainy slope of Mauna Kea,
on the Big Island of Hawaii. Mauna Kea Tea is family owned and
operated. We grow and process green tea and oolong tea(camellia
sinensis) that is not only of good quality, but also safe for
people and for the environment.
Use 5g and steep 1-2 min. with 195° water.
