11/24/2022 – How freshly roasted is the coffee you ship out? Does it have the roasted-on date on the bag?
Response From Kona Coffee and Tea: Aloha Jon,
Kona Coffee & Tea roasts small batches multiple times a week. We try to ship all our outgoing coffee within 2- weeks of roasting. We recommend that all coffee we ship be consumed within 3 weeks of opening the bag. Unopened, the bags we use can keep your coffee at optimal flavor for up to 3-months. We do put roast dates on our bags.
4/23/2021 – It's time for me to re-order a 5Lb bag of light roast whole beans, but the only option is for ground coffee. Have you stopped . . .
Response From Kona Coffee and Tea: Aloha Derek,
thank you for your question. We still offer all the different grind options as well as whole bean. On some browsers you will need to click in and out of the grind selection to open up all the options. We apologize for this issue. We are working with our online shop software to remedy the glitch. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
6/1/2020 – If I order a subscription and I have to have the third order sent to a different address what is the process?
Response From Kona Coffee and Tea: Aloha Don, If you need to make any changes, additions, etc. simply email us at kctc@konacoffeeandtea.com.
Also, subscriptions do not automatically cancel after the third shipment. There is a 3 order minimum. In case there was any confusion there. To cancel you would also email us at kctc@konacoffeeandtea.com. Thank you for being a subscriber. :)
